LifeSight
LifeSight is a DC pension plan and the home for active employees’ retirement savings. As a Vodafone employee you will be automatically enrolled into LifeSight within three months of joining Vodafone. LifeSight replaced the Vodafone UK DC Pension Plan on 1 January 2020. LifeSight has well-developed member support and online tools, wider investment choices, and a greater range of retirement options.

The Vodafone Group Pension Scheme (VGPS) opened on 1 November 1988. Members of this Scheme are likely to have been employed by Vodafone, Cable & Wireless or previously worked for J O Grant & Taylor (London) Limited.

The THUS Group plc Pension Scheme opened on 1 August 2002. Members of this Scheme were typically employed by Scottish Power, Manweb, Southern Water or United Utilities.
