If you are an active member, you should update your personal details via SuccessFactors. Your changes will then be shared with LifeSight.
If you aren’t happy with your pension, or membership of the Plan:
- Contact the Plan Administrator, LifeSight, to raise the issue and they will work with you to try to resolve the matter.
- If you cannot resolve the matter with your Scheme Administrator, you can make a formal complaint. The Scheme Administrator will provide you with information about the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure.
